A stroller that passes the drop test but arrives without a usable technical file is a stroller you cannot sell. This page sets out which standards apply in each market, and exactly what lands in your inbox when a container ships.
If you sell the same model on both sides of the Atlantic, it is tested twice. We design to the stricter of the two from the start, so the second report is a formality rather than a redesign.

Standards are revised periodically and this table is maintained as a buyer's orientation, not legal advice. The version applied to your order is named in the contract and on the test report.
GPSR · applies since 13 December 2024
Regulation (EU) 2023/988 replaced the old General Product Safety Directive. Under Article 16, a product cannot be placed on the EU market unless an economic operator established in the Union is responsible for it. Marketplaces enforce this at listing level: no responsible person on file, no listing.
We are a Chinese manufacturer, so we cannot be that operator ourselves. What we can do is supply everything the operator must be able to produce on request — and we do it as part of the order, not as a paid extra six weeks later.
Read the full GPSR guideAny one of these four, established in the Union:
A manufacturer established in the EU
Not applicable when the goods are made in China
The importer
The usual answer if you are an EU-based buyer
An authorised representative
A service provider, appointed by written mandate
A fulfilment service provider
Last resort, where no other operator is in the EU
If you are unsure which of the four applies to your set-up, tell us how you import and we will map it with you before the first order — it changes what goes on the label.
