From a sketch on a napkin to a sealed container

Three ways to work with us, depending on how much of the product you want to own. The costs and the calendar are on this page, because the two questions you are about to ask are "how much" and "how long".

Tooling belongs to whoever paid for it. If you fund the moulds, they are yours — named in the contract, and released to another factory if you ever leave. Suppliers who will not put that in writing are telling you something.

The things you would otherwise have to ask for

What are your payment terms?
Deposit on order confirmation, balance against a copy of the bill of lading. For repeat customers we discuss L/C at sight or open account with credit insurance. Exact terms are agreed at quotation.
Who owns the design?
Anything you brief or fund is yours, including the moulds and any design registration filed for it. We will not offer your model, your colourway or your structural modification to another customer — that clause is in the contract, not just in an email.
Can you ship DDP to an Amazon warehouse?
Yes, for most EU countries and the US. We quote FOB by default because it is the cleanest comparison, and DDP on request once the destination and labelling requirements are fixed.
What happens if a shipment is defective?
Defects traced to our workmanship are replaced or credited, and the batch code tells us exactly which lot is affected. The remedy is written into the contract with a defined response window — ask for it before you order, not after.
