Steps 02–04 apply when there is new tooling and are scheduled with your quotation. Without them, production runs about 60 days from order confirmation.
Quality
Built Around Your Destination Market
Requirements are confirmed by model and by destination market, not claimed across the range. Tell us where the goods are going and we will put the testing scope and the documentation in the quotation.
Seven models in current production hold an EN 1888 report from SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas. The reports are published in full and unaltered — quote the report number to the laboratory to verify one.

What is your MOQ?
Strollers start from 300 pieces per model. Accessories start from 500 pieces per colour or print. A model built on new tooling is quoted with its own minimum.
How long does a sample take?
Most samples are ready in 7–10 days. The exact time and the sample fee depend on the product and on how much is customised, and both are confirmed with the quotation. A new structure that needs tooling takes longer: its sample goes through our own lab first, about 3–4 weeks.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. Silkscreen, woven label, embossed leather tag, or a moulded logo plate on selected components. Branding is quoted as a separate line on the quotation.
Can packaging be customised?
Yes. Carton artwork, inner protection, manual layout, retail or Amazon FBA labelling. Packaging is quoted as a separate line on the quotation.
What is the production lead time?
Production runs about 60 days from order confirmation. A custom model with new tooling is scheduled with the quotation, because the calendar depends on what is being built.
Which port do you ship from?
The port of loading is arranged according to the destination country.
What are your trade and payment terms?
We quote EXW or FOB. Payment is by T/T (bank transfer) or by letter of credit (L/C).
Which market standards do you support?
Requirements are confirmed per model and per destination market. EN 1888-2 is stated on the specification for most models in current production; testing for other markets is quoted as a separate scope.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Both. A stock model under your brand, our chassis with your canopy and fabric, or a product engineered from zero with the tooling named as yours in the contract.
