A winter cover keeps the warmth in. Do not use it indoors, in a warm car or in the sun, and check the child often: a covered stroller can overheat.

About the RC-06
A cold-weather alternative to a clear rain cover: the quilted fabric keeps wind out, and the clear panel lets the child see out and the parent see in.
The back carries a large pocket for small things, so the cover does not take the basket's place.
