Inside the BabyGearWorks Production Process
A practical look at how stroller frames, fabrics, assembly, inspection and packing move through production. Nothing here is a stock photograph.
Six stations, one roof
01 · Tube processing
CNC cutting and bending of aluminium and steel tube. Wall thickness is checked per batch, because the fold hinge is where a frame fails first.
03 · Cutting & sewing
Automatic cutting beds and a sewing line. Fabric arrives with its REACH declaration and is logged against the production lot.
06 · Inspection & loading
AQL 2.5 / 4.0 pre-shipment inspection with a photo report, then supervised container loading. You see the report before the seal goes on.
02 · Welding & coating
Jig welding for repeatable geometry, then powder coating. Salt-spray tested for coastal and humid markets; the hours held are on the test report.
04 · Assembly
Balanced assembly lines with torque-controlled tools. Every unit gets a date and batch code stamped on the frame before it leaves.
05 · In-house laboratory
Rolling road, incline brake rig, stability table and harness pull bench. We fail our own samples here before an accredited lab ever sees them.

We hold the certifications below and will host your own audit or a third-party one at any time. If your customer requires a scheme we do not yet hold, tell us early — most take a few months to complete.
