What we collect, and what we do not

This is a trade site. The only personal data it handles is what you choose to send us in an enquiry, plus the connection data any website necessarily sees.

What the site itself does

It sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser. It loads no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no social widget. Typefaces and the one JavaScript library used for the container diagram are served from this domain rather than from a third-party CDN, so browsing these pages sends your IP address to nobody except our own infrastructure.

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address in order to route the request and filter abusive traffic. Our server keeps standard web logs containing IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent.

What you send us

The quotation form asks for your name, company, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, destination market, type of business, product interest and quantity, and whatever you write in the message field. You may also attach a drawing or specification. We use this to answer the enquiry and to quote. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to anyone outside the companies actually working on your quotation.

Drawings and specifications are treated as confidential and an NDA is signed before sampling. If you contact us over WhatsApp, that conversation is carried on Meta's infrastructure under their terms, not ours.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is live and for the period our accounting and export obligations require afterwards. Web server logs are rotated. If an enquiry goes nowhere, ask us to delete it and we will.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to [email protected] and say what you want. The registered company name, address and the identity of the controller are supplied in writing with the quotation.
