Own factory + managed partner network
We build strollers in our own plant and work with a vetted partner network for models we do not tool ourselves. You get the product and the paperwork — EN 1888-2 and a complete GPSR technical file with your EU responsible person named.
Drawings and specs you send stay confidential. NDA signed before sampling.
Most suppliers are either a factory with one product line, or a trader with no plant. We tell you plainly which mode applies to every item you order.
WE MANUFACTURE
Our own plant: tube processing, welding, powder coating, injection, sewing and final assembly under one roof, with an in-house lab for EN pre-testing.
WE MANAGE
Models we do not tool ourselves, built by partner factories we audit, schedule and inspect. One contract, one QC standard, one consolidated container — and the factory that actually built each item named in its technical file, which is what GPSR asks for.

EUROPEAN UNION
UNITED STATES
GPSR — SINCE 13 DEC 2024
No EU responsible person, no listing.
Regulation (EU) 2023/988 requires an economic operator established in the Union before a product can be placed on the EU market — and marketplaces now delist stock that has none. We supply the technical file and risk assessment behind it, and work with your importer, authorised representative or fulfilment provider so the name on the label is one that holds up.

Photographs taken on the floor, not a stock library. Ask for a live video walk-through of any station.
Rolling-road, brake, stability and harness pull rigs on site. Failures surface at sample stage, not at the third-party lab.
IPQC at three checkpoints plus pre-shipment inspection. Report with photos before the container is sealed.
Tell us which certificates your customer requires and we will send what we hold. We host your own auditor or a third party at any time.
Date and batch code on every frame, so a recall touches the affected lot only — a GPSR expectation.
Durations above are typical for this category. The timings for your project are confirmed with the quotation.
